Orders & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Orders are usually delivered within 4 to 5 business days after purchase. However, carriers may sometimes run late — if you’re worried, hit us up.

How do I track my order?

After you place your order, we send you updates via email: one for confirmation, then one when it ships. You can also track the package on our website.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If you catch it before it’s shipped, email hello@littlerick.com ASAP and we’ll try to fix it. Once it ships, changes aren’t possible.

What if my order gets lost, stolen, or damaged?

We offer optional Shipping Protection at checkout to cover those issues. If there’s a problem, you can file a claim with us, and most claims get resolved quickly (often in 1 business day).

What does it feel like?

What type of THC is used?

We use naturally extracted Delta-9 THC from hemp. Unlike synthetic alternatives, our extraction process is clean and chemical-free.

Are your products third-party tested?

Absolutely. Every batch is third-party tested, and lab certificates are available online.

Will this make me fail a drug test?

Yes — consuming Little Rick’s THC drinks will cause a positive result.

How is this legal?

Our products comply with the 2018 Farm Bill — THC is derived from hemp and kept under the 0.3% threshold by weight.

Returns & Support

What’s your refund / return policy?

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, email us at hello@littlerick.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos (if applicable).

  • If the item is damaged or defective, we’ll send you a replacement at no extra cost.
  • If the wrong item was shipped, we’ll either replace it with the correct item or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.
  • If your package is lost or stolen, coverage is only available if you selected Shipping Protection at checkout.

We can not accept products for returns and refunds due to health and safety regulations.
