Shipping Policy (USA)
We currently ship throughout the mainland United States, excluding the following locations:
Alaska, Delaware, Washington DC, Idaho, New Hampshire, South Dakota, Kansas, and Washington.
Delivery Times
Orders are typically delivered within 3 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and the shipping service used.
Processing Times
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 to 2 business days, but during peak times (sales, holidays, or new product drops), it may take up to 3 business days to get your order out the door.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow its journey.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order—we’re unable to make changes after it’s been submitted.
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or is marked as unclaimed or undeliverable, we’ll issue a refund for the order subtotal once it arrives back at our facility. Refunds can take 2–8 business days to appear on your account after being processed.
We’re not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages due to address errors or delivery changes made with the carrier after shipping.
Pre-Orders
If your order includes a pre-order item, we’ll ship the entire order once the pre-order item becomes available.
