If your 750mL bottle contains 200mg THC total, it contains approximately 0.267mg THC per mL or 7.89mg THC per fluid ounce.

How Many Shots Are in a 750mL Bottle?
A 750mL bottle contains approximately 25.36 US fluid ounces.
Using a 1.5oz pour, that works out to approximately 16.9 pours per bottle. Using a 1oz pour gives you approximately 25.4 pours. A 1.5oz pour is commonly treated as a standard U.S. shot, although actual shot sizes vary between venues and locations.
With a THC spirit, though, “one shot” is not a THC dose.
The dose depends on both the amount of liquid you pour and the total amount of THC in the bottle. A 1.5oz pour contains 50% more liquid than a 1oz pour, so it also contains 50% more THC from the same bottle.
That is why we would rather measure than eyeball it.
How to calculate THC per pour.
There are really only three numbers doing all the work.
Find the THC concentration:
Total THC ÷ Bottle Volume = THC per mL
For a 200mg, 750mL bottle:
200 ÷ 750 = 0.267mg THC per mL
Calculate the THC in your pour:
THC per mL × Pour Size in mL = THC per serving
A 1oz pour is approximately 29.57mL:
0.267 × 29.57 = approximately 7.89mg THC
Or calculate the pour you need
If you already know how many milligrams you want:
Target THC ÷ THC per mL = mL to pour
For a 10mg pour:
10 ÷ 0.267 = approximately 37.5mL

With 200mg THC distributed across 750mL, 5mg equals approximately 18.75mL or 0.63 fluid ounces.
How much should I pour for 10mg THC?
A 10mg portion from a 200mg / 750mL bottle is approximately 37.5mL, equivalent to roughly 1.27 fluid ounces.
How many 10mg servings are in a 200mg THC bottle?
Mathematically, 200mg THC equals 20 separate 10mg portions. With a 750mL bottle, each 10mg portion would measure approximately 37.5mL.
How many shots are in a 750mL bottle?

Is one shot always 1.5 ounces?
