What you'll find on the shelf
Total Wine's Louisiana stores carry Little Rick 5mg THC drinks: 12oz sparkling cans with 5mg hemp-derived delta-9 THC and 10mg CBD each, and no alcohol. Our 5mg range comes in Raspberry Coconut, Piña, Mojito, Raspberry Lemonade and Black Cherry. Raspberry Coconut and Black Cherry are zero sugar.
Why only 5mg in Louisiana stores? Louisiana law limits a consumable hemp beverage to 5mg of THC per serving, with a serving of at least 12 ounces, and no more than four containers in a package (La. R.S. 3:1483). A 12oz Little Rick 5mg can fits that rule. Read more about the state's rules on our Louisiana THC drinks page.
First time trying a THC drink?
- Start with one 5mg can, or half a can.
- Sip it slowly and wait about two hours before deciding on another. THC drinks take 30 minutes to 2 hours to kick in.
- Don't mix it with alcohol, and don't drive afterwards.
